Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications and games published by Millify (“we”, “us”), including Uyarıcım and Battleship. By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Apps

You may use our apps only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the apps or their online services, and not to cheat or harass other players in multiplayer games.

2. Accounts

Battleship does not require an account; the optional Google sign-in is stored only on your device. Uyarıcım requires an account for address monitoring. You are responsible for the activity under your account. You can delete your data at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

3. Informational Content Disclaimer

Outage information shown in Uyarıcım is compiled from publicly available announcements and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and it is not a substitute for official announcements made by utility providers.

4. No Government Affiliation

Uyarıcım is an independent application. It is not the official application of any public institution, municipality, water authority or electricity distribution company, and it does not represent, and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any such entity. Institution names are used solely to identify the source of the information. For fault reports and definitive information, contact the relevant institution through its own official channels.

5. No Notification Guarantee

Uyarıcım does not guarantee that notifications will be complete, accurate or timely. An outage may not be reported at all, or may be reported late, because the source institution did not publish an announcement or published it late, the source page was unreachable, the data format changed, the outage was sudden (unplanned), or because of device or network settings, permissions, or delays in the notification service. Reported outages may also be cancelled or rescheduled by the institution. Do not rely on Uyarıcım as your only source of information. For anything an outage could critically affect — including medical devices, business operations or perishable goods — you must obtain confirmation through the institution's official channels, and you remain responsible for taking your own precautions.

6. Advertising and In-App Purchases

Our apps are free to use and are supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice at any time in the app's settings. Some apps offer optional in-app purchases — such as an ad-free upgrade, a subscription, or cosmetic items — sold through Google Play Billing. All payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment details. Purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Google Play account, can be restored on a new device, and are subject to Google Play's terms. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your Google Play account. Virtual items grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the app; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

The apps — including their design, code, graphics and names — are the property of Millify and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our apps.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our apps or their online services if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
